The workshop invites abstract submission in the field of III-V epitaxy by all epitaxial methods as MOVPE, MBE, HVPE and novel methods as sputter epitaxy. Also abstracts from related material systems as II-VI and alloys with non group-III or group-II elements as transition metal nitrides are welcome.

Guidelines for Abstracts

Authors are requested to prepare a single page abstract in English as a single PDF file. The abstract should consist of text and can include figures and tables.

By the aforementioned deadline the PDF abstract file should be sent via email to abstracts@dgkk-dembe2025.de. Authors are kindly asked to use the template available for download with all requirements included for their abstract, ensuring that their writing conforms to our guidelines.
